Cash, Cashiers check, Money order and *Personal check

(*Must be drawn on Local Bank and have Name and address printed on it.)

¹If you fail to appear in court and do not call prior to your court date, a separate charge of Failure to Appear in addition to your outstanding citation(s) will be assessed with the above fines and fees. The State will be notified, and your Drivers License will be suspended until all fines and fees are collected. Acceptable payment methods for this action are: CASH, MONEY ORDER, OR CASHIER’S CHECK. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

²State Litigation Tax is imposed on all cases that are found guilty, with Fines and Fees. This tax is not imposed on cases that are found guilty and are to be dismissed after completion of Drivers Safety School.
